1. Promotions seem more dependent on who you know rather than what you do. It’s disheartening to see deserving employees overlooked because they don’t have personal ties with the leadership. 2. There’s no room for independent thinking. Everything has to be done their way. Constant monitoring makes you feel more like a robot than a professional. 3.Leadership brags about the stack of CVs waiting to replace us. It’s demoralizing.
