Pros

1. On time on payment 2. Good Salary for starters Review on Client(sounds like What Way) 1. Provide Car for their engineers when going to site/projects. 2. Provide transportation and mobile allowances 3 Provide work laptop 4. Hi-tech office 5. Free Coffee or hot chocolate 6. You can learn from the immense pressure they give. 7. Lot of trainings and exam opportunities for their certifications. 8. Incentives provided based on your performance.

Cons

1. Agency connected to Chinese Telecom(sounds like What Way) so your regularization on a project depends on their client company even though you are regular to them. 2. HR does not respond quickly when they don't have anything for you. 3. I feel abandoned when you needed them. 4. They don't give the christmas gift card which is given to them by the conpany even though they already have that. Review to Client company (sounds like What Way) 1. Not paid overtime(we are not advised to file for the overtime) 2. Too much pressure to their engineers 3. Chinese are not good in communicating and yet they have the nerve to say to you "You don't understand?" It is their fault why we cannot understand because of how they speak. 4. Even though your grade is above average they will still not hire you. They make you take a lot of exam and yet they don't value their certificate by not giving any incentives everytime you pass it. 5. No work life balance. Only work balance 6. Not for people with less tolerance of stress. 7. Once you came from this company you will find it hard to find another job that can match your salary.

Advice to Management

Should have compassion to their employees. Give what is due and right.
