Management structure is literally ridiculous. One general manager with several minions that have a lack of managerial skills and treat customers poorly. The general manager which I was working with refused to look at all the internal issues which were from sexual advances from managers to subordinates, retaliatory behavior and bullying in order to push out employees. HR was not helpful due to that they covered up all complaints in regards to avoid any lawsuits. Nevertheless, the lawsuits have been pouring for some time now and it’s unfortunate that they can still get a rating of “luxury”.

Advice to Management

Wake up and look at your staff in all the meetings that you hold. Just because there are those that “brown nose” doesn’t mean that you should look the other way and avoid what’s going on.

Pros

-Opportunity to be involved in interviews very early on and even conduct those interviews

Cons

-Very toxic working culture (everyone is constantly under pressure) -The benefits are not accessible to you if you are on fixed-term contract but they attract on by saying we have good benefits. -Management needs a LOT of work, systems are outdated for a company that such a good brand reputation.

Pros

Grateful for the relationship I built with different peers in different lv locations, the training and repair training. The different ways and strategies to get a better inventory every month. From cycle counts to random sku counts etc

Cons

The location I was in brought so much depression and stress into my life especially being let go during covid shut down, I was forced to sign documents just to be able to get my pension .

Advice to Management

My only advice I would love to give is be genuine to your team.
