Great planning team, awesome culture and amazing leadership. No company is perfect but I think this place builds your potential and believes in you more than you do. - They aced the work-life balance system - Great people culture - Good leadership - Great teamwork, they are understanding people (work is work) - Pretty good benefits (for parental & maternity leave as well)
