How are senior leaders perceived at LEWIS Global Communications?

Pros

Great work/life balance for an agency Great team members especially for those lower than VP level Cool office space Large amount of PTO/sick time Plenty of opportunity to learn new skills

Cons

Majority of VP leadership and up is not great - the CEO specifically creates that culture for upper management No trajectory forward and little promotions within the company Overall lack of communication and transparency

Advice to Management

This company started off as a PR agency and excels in that space. Being on that team is much more rewarding than in other divisions of the company. Digital marketing specifically is an afterthought and minus a few great, key leaders and team members this agency is not well equipped for advanced and strategic digital marketing. Quite frankly, upper management at the VP level for digital is largely inexperienced in that space and also lacks the qualities of a good leader. More junior Coworkers are great, and culture in the office pre-COVID was welcoming and fun. If you are a more junior employee there is room to grow within your speciality and learn new ones. However, at a certain point it is very hard to get promoted and to move up in title, you will likely need to seek new opportunities to achieve this. LEWIS is a great stepping stone, but not necessarily a long-term destination.
