Does LEWIS Global Communications offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

- Hardworking and knowledgeable junior staff - Good PTO by industry standards (though many are moving to unlimited PTO) - Commarderie among junior staff - Strong list of PR clients

Cons

- The CEO is a narcissist who completely ignored his agency at the height of the pandemic and never once acknowledged the BLM movement. As a way to go around this, the agency started donating $ to charities of the employee's choice - but really it was a cheap way of trying to start new business conversations. - Senior leadership is made up of a group of catty women that peaked in high school and are trying to relive their days. They take advantage of junior staff and ask them to go above and beyond their title to ensure clients are satisfied resulting in them being overworked and burnt out - Lack of work-life balance - VPs expect their teams to work late into the night to accommodate their schedules - Skewed perceptions of what an actual social media program should look like resulting in SOWs not being scoped or staffed properly. - Claims that their digital marketing programs are grounded in data analytics, but there's no analytics team to support such claims. - HR is a joke - no one says anything out of fear that they'll be cut next. There's no support in any offices, leadership is free to treat their employees however they feel like.

Advice to Management

To the senior leadership, ask yourselves - Why has there been so much employee turnover and why are there so many negative reviews on your Glassdoor page?
