Very ridged way of working, no flexible hours or work from home available. Full office environment with no positive atmosphere. No benefits e.g sick pay, minimum holidays and terrible maternity.

- 44 hours and some, - Overtime is a struggle to get approved or clarity on. No one really knows when it can be approved. But it isn't approved if you work more within your scheduled 5 days. Career progression is based on favouritism and normally means you have to give up your home life to prioritise work.
