Difficulty at time practicing what is being preached around D&I (but this is natural and expected as nobody has really nailed it yet). Lots of strategy shifts as of late

I've had an incredible time at Glassdoor - It's one of the most supportive work environments, and we truly feel like we're doing impactful work. There's a lot of interesting transformation that the company is doing as we continue to integrate with Fishbowl, and I'm excited for the company's future

As the HR tech world sees a slight downturn with layoffs and reduced hiring, the next year won't be easy for Glassdoor
