      Unsustainable Workload

      Warehouse package handler
      Former employee
      Johnstown, CO
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The pay was fine, they offered a benefits package for part-time employees that kicked in after 90 days, which they weren't required to do.

      Cons

Totally unsustainable workload, the warehouse was hot, and there was limited automation.

      Flexible Work schedule/Hard Work

      Package handler
      Current employee
      Portland, OR
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

This job allows you to pick up shifts and advertise your shift to be picked up by another coworker. We are required to work at least one weekend day, however, I never had to because I have always dropped my shift and someone has picked it up. Love the Flexibility. Also great benefits and the option to become an occasional package handler. This position allows you to pick up shifts when YOU want to work. You would have to work 2 shifts in a 30 day period.

      Cons

You will work very hard at this job. It is very physical, however, if you would like to get a workout without paying for gym membership, this would be the place to work!

      Pros

The everyday employees that I work with are phenomenal and supportive both personally and professionally. The benefits package is very good.

      Cons

The new direction our CEO is taking the company has reduced our workforce and created more work for those of us remaining without additional pay. The company continues to report growth and profits but doesn't fund our annual bonuses any longer.
