Does FOX News offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

Really great people work here, most employees aren't fans of the larger "talent" on-air, exposed to a lot if you put yourself in that position, case by case but there is room to grow quickly, big network

Cons

extremely underpaying, 50 hour work weeks, not a lot of time off, HR is a mess, unprofessional culture, terrible raises, employees are close because they all bond through trauma working here, extended work hours on short notice, make no money, understaffed, would rather burnt out staff do the work of 10 other jobs because they can't pay enough to hire great talent from other networks, company only cares about upper level management

Advice to Management

Adapt to the current times we live in and get out of the past, managers need to take more accountability for their direct reports and protect them, stop being so cheap and pay employees livable wages
