Pros
Travel when put on schedule to travel.
Cons
Do not pay as promise. company will not pay you for all your miles and travel time as agreed on. They don't care about the safety and wellbeing of their employees as they will put you in drug invested sketchy hotels when on a travel assignment. They will schedule your checkout date the same date as an overnight shift so if you work 10 hours over night, they expect you to sleep 2 hours check out by noon and drive home 5 hours a complete disregard for the health and safety of am employees. Full time work is inconsistent you will work 42 weeks out of the year that's 14 weeks without pay. If you have a medical situation or family emergency requiring you to take a medical leave you will not be paid however, they make it nearly impossible with several doctors notes to be allowed to work most emails to HR or the medical leaves department will be ignored. I gave this company a year of my professional services thinking that they will be able to get it together however I was promised one thing and completely let down with their broken promises it was a bait in switch scenario. In my 20 years of merchandising this is the worse! Do yourself a favor and stay away!
