Company's main Focus is money, not US employees. Cutting jobs in the middle of the pandemic and transferring the workload to India. Supervisors and leads are difficult to work with and potentially racist. They will push you to a mental breakdown if you don't stand up for yourself. But upper management like AVPs and VPs are very professional.

Advice to Management

Supervisors and leads should not bully people. And if DB can afford to throw $300 millions at Trump, DB can afford to keep a few low salary employees and help their families during a pandemic. If you need to lay people off, like many companies did, please do so in a more Humane way, Telling people "today is your last day" is pretty cruel.

Fairly flat organizations so little room for upward mobility. This varies depending on department. There is also a lack of diversity amongst VP+
