Does DCH Auriga offer housing assistance?

Pros

Great place to learn as employees are expected to shoulder responsibilities beyond the prescribed job title. Highly supportive peers, against the unfortunate backdrop of egoistic country leadership. Standard transportation and communication allowances are provided.

Cons

Unclear and ever-changing work expectations, based on a highly ceremonial and opaque performance appraisal. Poor communication etiquette, written and verbal, is a common sight. Employees are expected to be constantly responsive, even outside working hours, under the pretext of upholding “responsiveness” - one of the purported company values. Tendency for limited investment in hopes of unrealistic business returns.

Advice to Management

Country leadership should practice true, active listening with employees. Clear, inclusive business direction and expectations from the leadership are crucial to prevent abrupt, repeated decision reversals. Genuine, 360-degree feedback should be sought for the leadership team, favoring nurturing leaders over condescending ones.

Standard transportation and communication allowances are provided.
