Pros

Good compensation, Greate work place, Strong work ethics, Free meal, Come on time and leave on time, you don't need to complete ur hours if you come late or something it always sharp six in the evening. If you are working late continuously, HR or concerned department will ask your manager the reasons because they believe if a person if working late daily its manager's problem, he/she should have manged this. So no late workings in the culture. Strong compliance. Everyone works here irrespective of designation. No one can torture you. If your boss is threatening you for your job in any sense you can go to HR and they will take care of this. Either they will terminate the boss if there were previous complaints against him/her, or will change ur team. There are lot more pros i cant list all of them.

Cons

it's a Korean company and they interface a lot in work. No one explains them and no one ask them anything if they start saying dog a cat from that point everyone will start calling dog a cat. Creative freedom is zero if you are working on Samsung. No scope of learning, work is boring and so the office given its an advertising agency its not. Very cold AC and people. They can terminate you anytime they want and because they have very strict compliance policies in which there are som many rules to follow in ur personal life too. And the monitor your social media.

Advice to Management

you are doing good, try to be vocal about work, strategies and tell them when they are wrong that they are wrong, client and Koreans both side. I believe they will appreciate that because that's why they hire you take the ownership, be the leader you spouse to be.

They can terminate you anytime they want and because they have very strict compliance policies in which there are som many rules to follow in ur personal life too.
