I Have been promoted three times. I have amazing leadership that encourages me (in the right ways) to move beyond what I think is possible for myself.
Cons
Pay could be better and insurance is available but high priced for fair coverage.
Advice to Management
Look for better benefits packages.

Pros
Make my own schedule. Able to work around life's issues.
Cons
No insurance at a affordable rate and no raises in pay ever offered.
Advice to Management
Give raises and treat your current employees like we make a difference instead of hiring in new ones for us to train that are making more money than us.

Does CROSSMARK offer sponsored degrees?
Pros
I liked the actual job of retail merchandising, worked independently and set own schedule.
Cons
Abysmal pay and management was full of high school level drama. Most importantly, the pay was not at all fair for the amount of experience and knowledge I was expected to have.
Advice to Management
If you want skilled, professional representatives, you need to pay them accordingly, and offer benefits, not paying less than someone in an entry level fast food job.
