What is the company culture like at CJ Logistics America?

Pros

Good culture with a team oriented environment and flexible work from home schedule

Cons

The pay is not as competitive to the rest of the market as you would like

How was the interview at CJ Logistics America?

Pros

None that come to mind.

Cons

Revolving door. The company cannot attract or retain talent. Managers leave at a rate of 1-2 a month. New hires leave in first week. Very toxic. Be prepared to be held accountable for others roles. For a company of this size. The lack of resources both internally and externally is embarrassing. Pay is trash, negotiate high during the interview process as you’ll get 3% raises if you’re lucky after. Warehouse issues get covered up by leadership. Data is never correct and you’ll have to spend hours daily to confirm accuracy. Processes are not in place. Training is non existent but you’ll get “feedback” often on what you do wrong. Senior leadership is not accountable and get promoted just because. Company preaches work life balance but expects people to work 60+ hour weeks and be in meetings 8 hours a day to accomplish nothing.

Advice to Management

Sell the company

Pay is trash, negotiate high during the interview process as you’ll get 3% raises if you’re lucky after.
