Does Bloomberg L.P. offer dental insurance?
Pros
Great benefits package consisting of 20 vacation days for new hires, free medical, dental, vision, life insurance and FSA. 401k is 50% match up to the annual limit. Food pantry is free which has tons of drinks, snacks, fruits, and basic breakfast items.
Cons
Some managers were promoted through tenure and other reasons and not by experience nor education so it will be a rough ride if you happen to report to one of these.

Really quick pace, incredibly smart and talented individuals, unmatched pay and benefits like you would not believe (health care, 26 weeks paid maternity, food in the office)
