Former Employee - Senior Merchandiser

I worked at next full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good opportunity to develop the leadership skill and negotiation skill. Learn technical knowledge in fashion accessories area.

Cons

Need to meet the sales target and have target meeting every month , so that give me a lot pressure.

Advice to Management

Give more positive advice , and give more training.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Superdry part-time

Pros

Given Responsibility and encouraged to get involved where possible. Management approachable and happy to help. Company culture relaxed and all employees fun to work with. Access to lots of contacts... and ability to work with the marketing and PR teams.

Cons

Busy and have a fair amount of responsibility. Managers are always busy- however this is normal in retail. Have to come in for special events- however I didn't mind this.

Advice to Management

I don't feel there is too much to say, managers have to balance a lot of tasks but keeping the staff happy should be number one.
