Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Strong culture of team work and collaboration. Team members are friendly and always willing to help. Leaders are supportive of your career development and publicly give recognition to their team.... Good work life balance and flexible working hours especially when many of us have evening calls. The company has improved the health benefits over the 3 years I have been here. They are committed to improving team members wellbeing.

Cons

Platform is smaller than peers. Processes are quite manual.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Fisher Investments full-time

Pros

Flat management structure to provide entrepreneurial environment, and easy access to management. Supportive of horizontal career progression.

Cons

Frustrating salary & bonus structure. Strict hours restrains ability/responsibility. Positions outside of sales feel operational in nature, and only offer limited incentive to go 'above & beyond'.

Advice to Management

Need to provide clearer progression path for young, ambitious employees. Widen the bonus incentive range to motivate employees.
