    Management by friend? You get the position because you're a friend of somebody

    Advice to Management

    Hire more qualified TL, not the one who has no clue about localization. Promote internally first before recruited externally to boost the morale of the team. Also listen to PM and PC team an stop... micromanagement as you don't lead a bunch of kids. RM and PM teams are always "not aligned". Do not create conflict across the team.
