Pros

I learned how to use a knife a lot better.

Cons

Representatives are forced to rely on their own connections, or go door to door for sales. The knives are a hard sell at their high price. Travel is not reimbursed.

Former Employee - Associate Director

Pros

Variety would be my number 1 pro to list. Over my career, I had the opportunity to work on some amazing teams. The second pro, which in some ways is level with the first, is the people. I had the... pleasure of meeting so many outstanding individuals throughout my career. Variety of work and the people are why I stayed with the company.

Cons

As with any large corporation a con can be the process, procedures and amounts of approval you need on projects. I will say the company recognized this and was actively addressing at the time I... retired.
