Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

Pros

I've been with the university for two years now and transitioned from a different field into the world higher education. It's been a rewarding experience with very competitive pay, benefits and... work-life balance. In many jobs today, you can't see or even expect longevity — that isn't the case at USC. It's a very secure environment where you feel supported and heard, a place you can imagine staying your whole career.

Cons

More PTO would be nice, but it's very flexible.
