Pros

Has a lot of learning opportunities, has a huge in-house IT and Infrastructure organization which is active in all emerging technologies

Cons

No work from home arrangement

Advice to Management

Management has to consider allowing employees in Manila to work from home, especially on weekends when their sites are mostly empty except for a couple of people or so.
