I have been working at Symcor part-time for more than a year

Pros

Management is best and always think of the employee growth and their well being. Most of the time they accept your request. Good cafeteria and building is in downtown (easy to access bus).... They started work from home due to covid-19 and it's amazing. Only few people (imp and needed) at office in which we will be safe all the time. The best thing I like at symcor is they always treat full-time and part time equally and gives all benefits.

Cons

Nothing much to mention but I suggest if your manager asks anything don't say I can't because they asks only when needed. Later-on you will not get opportunities as a first person to ask.

Advice to Management

Change in the wages of people who are working more than a year at every 6months would be great. (At least in cents)
