Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Salesforce full-time

Pros

Great Culture Great People Transparency on vision and objectives

Cons

Minimal investment in China hence low growth opportunity

Current Employee - Customer Advocate

I have been working at Zendesk full-time for more than a year

Pros

Nice colleagues, helpful and open resource for you to learn Good company culture

Cons

There are some growing pains, especially with the size, management has become more and more corporate mindset.

Advice to Management

Please keep the flat and open management styles when the company is growing. The worst thing that could happen is for it to become another corporate with no character.
