Too many people focused internally, and not on the customers Can be challenging in remote offices (Some are great) Not agressive enough with hiring top sales talent Not enough experience on the... inside sales teams

Build a world class inside sales team to handle exisitng business, and focus on getting the field team of sales and pre sales to focus only on new revenue opputunities and driving value around new... inititives for clients.
