Omni family is a great place to work at, to grow with and to become through. Team members have a great work ethic and you always feel on the same page. The bosses have an open door policy, you feel... listened and they will find a solution with you. Your family life matters here! People understand you are not just an associate, but a real person with demands outside of your work place. So important to me! And to many other associates! Your opinion matters here! You are actually asked several times a year through a anonymous Questionary with actual meeting with bosses from other departments (to limit the biases) so you can express yourself on how things are going into your department. Growing here is something that seems so possible, opportunities are right around the corner. Just be ready to take it, inside your own department or even in other departments!
