Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at R.R. Donnelley full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

There are rooms for advancement. Lots of training programs to help you with your everyday work.

Cons

Too many layers in the company. Managements don't normal listen to their teams on what they really do on the frontline.

Advice to Management

Listen to the staff. Involve them in town hall meetings, say once or twice a month. This way, they know you care about what they want to tell you.

Former Employee - Production Artist

I worked at McMillan full-time

Pros

The culture, people, location all amazing! Vibrant creative people.

Cons

Although many people has issues working here, I never did. Was treated well, and compensated well.
