In my time working at Pearson, though the time was short, the colleagues were very polite. People were all very punctual. The workload was fair for me.
The office was very quiet, nearly silent. Every day we have to record manually in word a timesheet listing the details of work we did every day. It was pretty time-consuming. Also the long term... contract colleagues they need to work overtime every day too.
I have been working at Cengage full-time for more than 5 years
The paid time off is nice and they offer tuition reimbursement.

Advice to Management
Management should appreciate their workers more often. And the company should give better annual raises.
