I have been working at Morgan McKinley full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- office have very nice view of Central and Sea - office close to the mtr stop and no need to get wet - no need to bill for one year and no problem if you are retirement age so very friendly... culture - many option to change team internal if not do well can turn to talent acquisition and sit beside boss to gossip clean shoes - be good friends with boss and can goes on company trip no need bill too much few deal ok - if back out management no need you to cancel just don't tell anybody - the boss also let go and now happy company

Cons

- boss is grow up in Australia but actually super local mindset and weird laughing - commission no high really need to put many effort no resource - new join already must make business or new deal... every month - database is really slow better to use excel - no teamwork and need to play many small games - no new big boss yet so need to play with small boss now - alway need to pretend to be nice but no need too fake

Advice to Management

- just management billing no need hire con - do not be fake just be yourself - have a happy personal life so work can be fun too - no retirement home please - new computer

I have been working at Sage Recruiting full-time

Pros

I have been working for Sage since the beginning of this year and this has been one of my greatest experiences yet. The CEO takes time from her schedule daily to not only mentor & coach, but to... provide technical training as well. I do not come from a technical background, so initially, everything seemed like a foreign language combined with acronyms but I am much more comfortable thanks to her help. She mentors & coaches not only her own team but others in the industry as well. She empowers her team to try to do things our own way and will only intervene when we ask for assistance. Working from home, I have the autonomy to work around my schedule, and she has always encouraged this. Her relationships with her clients and candidates are incredible and are long-lasting. She has a tenacity that you don't see very often and her energy is contagious!

Cons

My face will hurt from laughing so hard after a long day with her!!

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing & never change yourself!
