Nice people to work with, benefits, paid vacation, work was clearly understood how to complete and mostly well organized. No evening or weekend hours. Fair compensation for overtime when needed.
Stagnant wages, no opportunity for advancement, a lot of blatant nepotism. Constant lay-offs and outsourcing for everything. A lot of the "new ideas" they tried to implement failed or were forgotten... over time. Constant changing of software systems which was a giant waste of time. A lot of the sales staff are dinosaurs who could not keep up with the newer technology but they never made any effort to help them or update their ideas. A lot of ground was lost by not understanding how to move forward into new media sales or training the workforce how to use google/facebook until mid 2019. Too much time spent on copy-cat projects and products.
Advice to Management
Stop hiring your family members or outsourcing things, and look at the younger talent you already have instead of laying off people who are sitting stagnant waiting for an opportunity and then hiring... someone new who you need to train again. Step back and look at your product, it's starting to look like it's all outsourced, and outsourced poorly.
I have been working at Match Marketing Group part-time for more than a year
They gave great management and it's not a door to door sales role, like most places. You work on retail stores, receive base pay as well as a commission. Managers are great and training is... exceptional. If you required to work further then your area, you will be paid for mileage. It's not a difficult product to sell, as Nespresso machines sell themselves.
