I have been working at MHR full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

The people you work with are on the whole wonderful, throughout my time here I have had the joy of working with some of the nicest, talented people I've ever met. Free Parking, if you can find a... space. Great software (iTrent)

Cons

The C suite. CCO is clueless and has not experience in a commercial role, CEO rules with an iron fist and micro manages everything There is no trust of anyone, despite the company message being to... trust the employees. every decision has to be made from the top. Long term loyal employees are taken for granted. (Yes there is a long service luncheon, but were talking day to day respect and using them for advice) HR processes are dated, flawed and not followed... Every policy has 20 exception depending on who you are. Car allowance and mileage rates haven't been reviewed in years, directors are given more despite being made to be office based?

Advice to Management

CEO and CCO need to change their styles to start, maybe return to the jobs they were good at. Trust your employees to make decisions.... Money doesn't solve problems.

Current Employee - Senior Account Executive

I have been working at CloudCall full-time for more than a year

Pros

CloudCall are working to improve their product, customer experience, and build out teams with stronger management in the states. With the recent round of funding they are pushing product and... partner/channel improvements that should be fruitful for all.

Cons

Systems are a bit manual / outdated. Communication between hq and rest of offices can be tricky.

Advice to Management

Keep investing in people and improving systems. Would be great to be able to work from home more.
