Featured Review

Former Employee - Software Development Manager

I worked at GoDaddy full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The company's constantly evolving and has left most of its worst behaviors in the past. Good hiring and firing decisions have left great leaders and teams doing good work.

Cons

Reputation in technical and non-technical spaces is still iffy based on the past. Have lost good leaders to other companies with more brand recognition and better pay.

Advice to Management

Identifying and promoting good leaders from within has been an accelerant in recent years, don't try to follow everyone else in SV.

Current Employee - Financial Advisor

I have been working at Grand Canyon University full-time

Pros

The staff is very friendly and helpful in all aspects of getting the work done.

Cons

Need more breaks and students need a little more help on writing detailed papers.
