Pros

Growing company that is riding in a growing industry, e-commerce, the office is nice and modern in the WeWork at Kwun Tong. Management tries it's best to give proper direction and it is so far... effective in a small company environment. Very efficient, incredible sales generated by a team of 5, over 2.1m HKD turnover a month.

Cons

As other have mention, still a small company and not many in Hong Kong have heard of it. Especially given the fact that the target market is in the US and Canada. The management can be... micromanaging, but most of the time not in a bad. The management is cognizant of this.

Advice to Management

- Give your staff additional freedom - Take more chances and think bigger
