Current Employee - Senior Clerk

Pros

Insurance is great, covers specialty medications and surgeries. Paid leave time accumulates quickly, and a personal holiday twice a year. Current job is mostly low energy, paper pushing and dealing... with the public. Very friendly office.

Cons

Dealing with the public being upset about state regulations. AWFUL management. Current office has at least three major problems that have been going on from, in one case, well over 5 years, to a... little over a year and a half, with no real addressing the situation. Major understaffing, as the process to getting hired takes so long many candidates either drop out or get poached.
