Current Employee - Customer Service Representative II

I have been working at Conn's full-time for less than a year

Pros

The company has great people working in the call center as I was an agent there is a real Family Relationship with each other which I have Never felt before. I really appreciate the all Service... Delivery Training manager (Kesha) Gave me some tips on how to better my experience and open opportunities to move up in the company. Great place to work !!!!

Cons

There is a few opportunities -Interface Some Applications -Outdated Procedures -Outdated Timeframes -Behind in Technology (Website is Very Old and Needs Revamped)

Advice to Management

Let's take a deep dive of our process and procedures and do a revamp and change to out Ice age procedures!!!!!!

Current Employee - Director

I have been working at RWN SOLUTIONS full-time for less than a year

Pros

Growing company that is riding in a growing industry, e-commerce, the office is nice and modern in the WeWork at Kwun Tong. Management tries it's best to give proper direction and it is so far... effective in a small company environment. Very efficient, incredible sales generated by a team of 5, over 2.1m HKD turnover a month.

Cons

As other have mention, still a small company and not many in Hong Kong have heard of it. Especially given the fact that the target market is in the US and Canada. The management can be... micromanaging, but most of the time not in a bad. The management is cognizant of this.

Advice to Management

- Give your staff additional freedom - Take more chances and think bigger
