This place will not develop you into a better consultant, unfortunately it may take you the other way. Low achieving environment, office politics, aggressive management that spends far to much time... at the pub with low achievers or friends. When in the office they will happily make you feel very uncomfortable. More party than professional. Lack of resources and will except you to fund anything you require outside of their own database. Commission is good but you will not receive it unless client has paid on both perminant and contract. Their is a lack of strategy in their business model or lack their of. No company structure. Extremely high turnover in the last 12 months.
