Pros
Lots of freight, different types of loads all of North America
Cons
Just another number at large company
Pros
New trucks, usually kept clean, and they won't Hound you over home time if you keep your mileage above 8,000 per month. Daytime dispatch is pretty cool. Manuals are available.
Cons
The pay is well below industry standard, we are even low when it comes to companies in the KTG (our parent company, for which we are the flagship) Our ceo, Mark Seymour, never emotionally recovered... from not making it into the NHL, so he is quick to anger and try to find a reason to fire you if you imply that Kriska might not be the best company put there. He's in sort of a weird social bubble and doesn't seem to realize that many of his drivers are living paycheck to paycheck, likely because he is surrounded by Yes Men. Simple compliments are a good way to get into his good graces. If he somehow figures out who wrote this review, I will certainly lose my job within the month. Also the head of the Mississauga safety department has drank the cool-aid and seems to believe that driver's are out to smash up the trucks and the only solution is more technology. I'm sure he'd try and put driver faceingcameras in these trucks if insurance company told him it would save the company a few bucks.
