Pros
Lots of freight, different types of loads all of North America
Cons
Just another number at large company
Pros
Equitable Life's culture is fantastic, with supportive managers and friendly, collaborative people that are always ready to help. Everyone I work with in Group is truly committed to providing the... best client experience, and that shows in the way that everyone works hard to help and support each other. Equitable Life has also been transparent, open, and proactive about communicating its plans for the hybrid work model that will take effect this fall. They've done a great job of helping us feel involved by giving us the chance to test and vote on the chairs they'll use, running a contest to name the new meeting rooms, and providing regular updates on what to expect when we start working in the office again occasionally. After an employee survey that showed many people wanted a better benefits plan, Equitable Life also made changes to its benefits plan to offer more coverage. It was great to see the way they listened to what employees were saying and implemented changes in response.
Cons
The workload is high and sometimes it feels like Equitable Life is slow to hire people to manage that workload, but they seem to be getting better at this.
