Current Employee - Account Supervisor

I have been working at Catapult Marketing full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Decent client portfolio, people are great and policies are progressive.

Cons

No longer feels like the small agency it used to, internal systems and processes can be bulky.

Advice to Management

Find a way to give smaller agencies more autonomy within the corporate umbrella.

Current Employee - Brand Ambassador

I have been working at Match Marketing Group part-time for more than a year

Pros

They gave great management and it's not a door to door sales role, like most places. You work on retail stores, receive base pay as well as a commission. Managers are great and training is... exceptional. If you required to work further then your area, you will be paid for mileage. It's not a difficult product to sell, as Nespresso machines sell themselves.

Cons

There are limited hours (weekends only)
