Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Capital One full-time

Pros

Great culture and support from both manager and colleagues, nice people, most are friendly and approachable. Regular development talk with manager to review performance and ask for feedback which is... very useful. Overall culture is one that values work-life balance, there are team fun days, department fun days, balls so a lot is going on social-wise all year round

Cons

development opportunities can be limited once you hit a certain level, also easy to be passed over for promotion if you don't fit in certain stereotypes both professionally and maybe to a lesser... extent socially. org changes are not infrequent, and decisions from top management can take a long time. Apart from your direct manager you don't get that many opportunities to interact with senior management in the office.

Former Employee - Software Engineer

I worked at Neon Pagamentos full-time for less than a year

Pros

Nice office, happy hours. Inclusive

Cons

A lot of pressure to deliver fast, without worrying about quality. A lot of top down decisions and finger pointing
