- Work with very smart people - A lot of different exposure (industry and functions) - Salary and benefits are good - Relatively less hierarchical compared to large corporates - Mileage and... hotel/flight loyalty program status... - Always learning - Firm cares about people's development

Cons

- Long hours - A lot of travel (I was based in Hong Kong and most projects were in Mainland China. Would be on the road 250+ days a year) - Can sometimes have difficult colleagues/bosses/clients -... Demotivating when presenting ideas to clients that don't get any buy-in
