2.8 LPA → 27 LPA. Just signed my first switch. 5 years ago, I joined HCLTech as a Manual Tester. Since then, my journey took me through Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and eventually GenAI. Heard it can be great with decent pay. Can't say what SDE 2 would be in terms of pay, though. I'm sure you can find it on levels or glassdoor
I have a friend who works at Tesco and he's really happy with the work environment. Not sure about the pay, though.
I've heard good things about them too but I don't have much to offer in terms of details. I would definitely check Glassdoor, that's my go to for gauging what salary I should be asking for.
Average would be about ₹25-₹30, but I don't know if Tesco pays competitively, better or worse.
Tesco is a pretty good opportunity! I don't think salaries ar super competitive but there might be room to negotiate
