Spent 12 years in IT. People who love to work after 7-8pm 🙏. Please don't increase the expectations from the employer. You guys are ruining IT for others also. I am a simple guy with family responsibility. I work, complete the task by 7-8pm. I enjoy time with family and friends. Go to Gym. 💪 I am mostly getting around 4 ratings with doing normal work. People like me kindly comment down adivce/thougts for these people.

I see that Instagram one person commenting that person earning 17lpa in Bangalore is considered as poor.There i felt very bad and embarrassing.Why i felt bad because i have put too much hard work for earning 17lpa.One person in Insta commenting that 17lpa is considering as poor really he don’t money management skills
Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
Their comp is good and they really value their employees.
I've heard great things about the company culture there. Satisfaction with salaries vary depending on teams but benefits and job security are good.
From what I see, compensation could be better and the experience varies based on your team. But overall, it's a decent company that just has a select number of areas of improvement.
