TCS is offering me 22.5 LPA (C2) while PWC is offering 20LPA fixed+10%variable. Given C2 includes gratuity, health insurance, monthly variable and performance bonus(which is apparently 100% paid). Technically would TCS in-hand be more?
Hi guys, I have cleared TCS interview on 6th June and on 8th June I got mail to upload documents and I have uploaded, status is verified so please can any one tell when can I expect offer letter And how it will be released is it portal or will HR call? Please need your responses. Can I have hope because it is more than 2 weeks.
I got selected in TCS and last week i got the offer letter and My BGC is also initiated and they agreed on my 90 days notice period, how long it will take to complete the BGC
I attended as a walk-in on 30th May 2026 and completed all three rounds, including HR. Last week, I received a call to upload my documents, which now show as verified by the recruiter. Today, I received another call for salary discussion, even though I had already completed that step earlier. Meanwhile, in the iBegin portal, a new tab with update appeared it shows my interview status is showing as “evaluation pending.” How long it will take to release offer?
Hi All, I have got the below offer from TCS. I'm an Azure data Engineer with 7.8 yrs of experience. It's not for any specific project but it's for pool. I have below questions. 1. I'm a bit concerned about the bench policy and heard that max days to get into the project is around 35 days is that really true? 2. Is it hard to get a project for 7.8 yrs experience in azure tech stack 3. Since the package is high are there any concerns? I have resigned in the current company & hav 3 months time.
TCS will never take ex employees
When tcs will start facing talent shortage, these policies can change anytime
The policy will have to change if TCS needs to attract the right talent. They don’t pay well for long term employees. I am easily making more than what my managers made after first switch itself.
No tcs doesn't accept ex employees
Yeah that’s what I have heard from my colleagues. However I have not seen any official document or statement to support it.
yes tcs rejected me due to high package ask wrt to yeo. even though they send a split up which is less than my ask.
Its depends on market Demand. Tcs also rehire some ex-employee only on the basis of demand. But the rehire percentage is 0.01%
