I think it’s a long term play. I don’t see any competitors out there that have significant presence in the market. All my clients have UiPath in some capacity.

Celonis isn't really their competitor. Celonis is a process mining tool whereas UiPath is an E2E automation tool, with a process/task mining capability. Celonis actually integrates with UiPath pretty well. I like both a lot.

I looked at the financials and watched a demo on the software yesterday. I’m torn about it. I do like the automation is provides from mundane task but I’m not sure if it will catch on. It’s almost like Alteryx but more general task that is not only focused on data.
I hold a small position currently but don’t plan on adding any more.

I’d let things shake out more. Think it’s an interesting platform and I have done some cool stuff with it. It does have competitors - I.e automation anywhere and blue prism but they aren’t public I dont think.
Also consider that some of the solutions they provide are somewhat of a stopgap/bandaid. Maybe not a stable long term solution for businesses needs as it requires frequent maintenance in my experience as sites are updated. Think if they continue to expand their product line though to become long term parts in their customers infrastructure, it’ll be a good play.

IPO lockout is in a few weeks I think. Wait for the drop after that and then buy

It has, but companies also typically drop after their IPO lockout expires and insiders are able to sell

Absolutely not investable. Just buy MSFT or CRM
