The company I am currently patroning (1 1/2 years) is finally taking steps to improve our center and try to help us RBTs out- but i'm worried about the changes actually implementing. The last year has been nothing but understaffed hell and major mismanagement. I'm so burnt out, but this being my first RBT job I'm a little nervous of leaving and ending up at a worse company. Any RBTs, BCBAs or people at all have any advice? CO based.

Is Roland Berger a good potential move? I’m currently an SC with 5 years experience and interviewing at RB, for an SC role. It would be within their Regulated Utilities practice which aligns with my interests in Energy & Utilities. I moved to canada in September 2025. I got a job and have joined TCS canada in March end. I now have another offer from RBC which will start in mid May. The basic pay difference between the 2 companies is 15k. RBC is offering more salary, bonus as well as vacation days. Should I quit my job and join RBC within 1 month working with tcs?
