Publicis CoLab just laid off a 100 to 150 more people today. Have laid off about 400 to 500 in the past 11 months. They keep having company wide meetings claiming they are "restructuring" every few months. First was last October, then December, then February, then May, now again in September. Company morale is horrible. No one feels safe or connected to the company. Just a matter of time before Pfizer pulls the plug on this experiment.

I am a PharmD with 3 years of life sciences consulting experience and looking to make a transition to pharma I’ve heard very mixed things about this role but would appreciate any specifics / clarity on what it entails. Good for Financial Advisory, Weaker in Strategy PwC Consulting Greece is a solid choice if you're interested in financial advisory—projects are engaging and offer good learning. However, the strategy consulting practice is smaller and less developed, so opportunities there are limited. Great place for FA growth, but not ideal if your focus is pure strategy work.

As you look for opportunities in the Pharma industry what would you take of the 2 choices:- 1). Higher title / more ownership, pay, responsibility (e.g., Executive Director) in a global Generic Pharma OR, 2). Lower title (e.g., Director) in a big innovative Pharma like a Pfizer or BMS?
