This task is shown as GO Gating: Initial Questionnaire (140/above). And I now have 2 active applications for the role I applied for in Workday. Does anyone know what this means? Is it sent to all candidates in the final round as an admin step that doesn't indicate anything? Thank you!

***First time was NOT the Charm**** Has anyone interviewed with an AI Bot as of yet? I found it to be a bit strange. "It" responds and comments on your answers you like a human - but very weird if you ask me. Is that going to be the norm for the future? Not only are people going to worry about bots coming for the jobs- but now you may interview with one. Crazy to me.

anyone here familiar with IQ testing? i took the AGCT and GET (otis gamma). everyone in the internet is saying those are good measures of iq but i felt like i was taking the SAT with some reasoning + visual/spatial questions. it just seems like a measure of “how strong was your education” or “what income and resources did you grow up with”
