Back in August I was fired from FedEx for my attendance while my grandmother, who raised me like a daughter, passed away. I communicated with my job that I was with her during her last few days and I was told that as long as I labeled the time off as dependent illness I’d be fine. However, a week after she passed I learned I had been terminated. I had to call FedEx when my schedule app wasn’t working, thinking I just needed to update my password. I don’t know what to do now. Can someone help me?

      EAs / Executive Assistants

After 26 years of service an Executive Assistant at FedEx, I was terminated the day after a protected medical procedure - escorted out by security in front of coworkers. FedEx has fought to deny my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, ignored precedent, and dragged out my case rather than addressing the discrimination and retaliation I endured. No worker should fear losing their career for seeking medical care.

Hello! I’ve been asked to interview as a Tech Project Manager with FedEx Dataworks. My husband works in their warehouse and loves it but looking for more insight into the Corporate/IT side of things. Anyone have experience working with them and provide insight on the culture, stability, etc. I’m considering leaving government consulting if this is a good fit for me. But I can’t take a lot of risk since I’m the breadwinner in my family. Thanks!

Anyone work as a Customs Trade Specialist or Coordinator for Fedex? I've been waiting since April for the role. The Olivia chatbox keeps saying my applications are process. I applied for two roles that are both remote. I especially want to do the Customs Trade role. I have two degrees and the pay doesn't bother me. What can I do? I have tons of support experience and two degrees. I'd really like to do this role. Thanks everyone!

I’m working in customs right now with FedEx, but have 3 years of experience in contract acquisition and document procurement with the department of veterans affairs and only stopped due to the budget cuts. I know I can do more and make more elsewhere, but I have no idea where to start or what positions to apply to that would welcome my experience. Any advice is welcome!

Hey Fish! Does anyone know about FedEx in general and specifically have you been through the recruitment process? I have been asked to create a 15 minute presentation based on a prompt - pending receipt of prompt and a panel interview. Looking for tips. I have not been through this process. Thanks!

Is it common practice now for companies to direct deposit funds for you to pay for equipment being sent to you, via Fed Ex, from a third party vendor, for a position? I’ve had more than a few want to do that ? It sends up red flags for me; especially when they won’t give me the contact information of the vendor.

”Big fed” attorneys, do you have any advice on moving from “little fed” to big fed (including USAO)? Is it feasible? What are the most important skills? Can I compensate for limited experience by emphasizing a demonstrated interest in public service (incl military)? Thanks in advance.
